Hi, my name is Geoff. You may know me as a local of the South Burnett. I have always been active and involved in exercise of some sort. That's not to say I haven't had my share of health challenges.
Exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle have influenced my life so much in positive ways, I wanted to share my story with you. I've been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. I honestly believe my services can make a positive impact for you and your family.
